The UK criminal justice system is meant to serve all victims. Not just those who can afford it.
From being misadvised by police and barristers, to getting charged hundreds or thousands of pounds for court transcripts to get information about their case, too many victims are being left in the dark, suffering more unnecessary mental distress, with no hope of closure in sight.
We believe every victim deserves the same fair and equal access to open justice. Which is why we’re coming together, as a collective of victims and allies to demand #OpenJusticeForAll

After years of campaign, the government has listened to us. They have agreed to supply all RASSO victims with a copy of their sentencing remarks. Whilst we acknowledge that that is not enough, it’s an important step forward that will benefit many victims. We wont stop here - but we will take a moment to celebrate this win, and how much of a difference that will make to many victims.
