Free Sentencing remarks - Campaign win

Open Justice for all has been campaigning on access to information, transparency and free court transcripts since 2023.

After a pilot for free sentencing remarks for RASSO victims that was initiated in 2024, the government agreed to put this in place permanently in 2025. Through further pressure we successfully amended the this to include all victims.
